The venue is fairly clean, with perfect location really close to Everglades National Park as well as a suburban shopping and restaurant area as well as national parks, Florida keys, and Miami.

The hotel had a central position just next door to the Everglades park, very good restaurant " The Mutineer " across the street, and outlet shops. It was good to be 1 km away from Long John Silver's, serving short-orders.

Having a blast at the hotel's outdoor pool with waterfall. Enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee. My sons loved the flat-screen TV. Safety features are top-notch. The tropical activities were a hit! The 24-hour business center saved my bacon. Bonus: delicious local coffee in the room. Can't wait to plan my next visit to the U.S.! Cheers from a tea-loving Brit mum of rowdy lads!

The room was so cozy with a comfy bed and a nice pool view. I loved the spacious bathroom with the complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning was a lifesaver for this light sleeper.

I found the tile/marble floor to be a bit chilly for my liking.

The hotel's location was perfect and comfortable, close enough to local restaurants and activities, RESTURANTS and building 1 and the big boulevard.

During my transit in Florida City, I stayed at Fairway Inn Florida City Homestead Everglades, an ideal stopover with its close proximity to Miami International Airport, only 44 km away. The convenient location made my travel arrangements seamless, allowing for a hassle-free journey to and from the airport.

My stay was marred by cleanliness issues in the room. Despite the promising facilities, the presence of a red, sticky substance on the pillow and headboard, as well as used plastic utensils on the floor, detracted from the overall experience.

The room was kept clean and available with a good bed. This hotel was set in a central area near to evergladed and biscayne national parks, Everglades National Park and Keys and in all of Florida City / Homestead.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. The bathroom was remodeled, also it included a mini refrigerator, a safe, and great free WiFi.

Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

The room at Fairway Inn Florida City Homestead Everglades was super comfy! The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the 32-inch flat-screen TV with premium channels was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

I found the pool view a bit distracting at times, but I know some folks love it.

Everyone who works in the hotel is nice and courteous. The room is decently priced. The continental breakfast is the best.

The views from the room were quite lovely, overlooking the peaceful parking lot and the lush garden of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. One morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, a small touch that made my day.

The bathroom exhaust fan was quite noisy, reminiscent of a lawnmower, providing an unexpected soundtrack to my morning routine.

Very clean beds, an air conditioner, coffee, and a chair in the room. Responsive and absolutely helpful personnel from housekeepers.

The surrounding activities, such as the breathtaking snorkeling and fishing spots, provided us with unforgettable outdoor experiences. The staff's warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more memorable, and the Certificate of Excellence is well-deserved.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be more kid-friendly to better cater to families with children.
